The Stripped Plan · Last updated: [DATE]
This is the privacy policy for the Stripped Core membership, run by [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"), based in [TOWN], UK. It explains what personal information we hold about you, why we hold it, and what your rights are. We've kept it in plain English on purpose.
That's it. We don't collect your address, phone number, browsing history, or anything else, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores a login token on your device so you stay signed in — nothing more.
We use your information to deliver the membership you've signed up for — creating your account, giving you access to the recipe library, and sending you the weekly recipe email that is part of the service. In GDPR terms this is "performance of a contract". We don't sell or share your information for marketing, ever.
Your account data is stored with Supabase and our emails are sent via Resend, both configured to hold data in the EU. Both providers are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
For as long as you have an account. If you cancel your membership, we keep your account so you can rejoin easily; if you ask us to delete it, we will — see below. Payment records are kept for [6 years] as required by UK tax law.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll respond within one month (usually much faster).
You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) — but we'd love the chance to sort it out first.
If we ever change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and let members know by email.
